2. Return Conditions
   Point: Unused, unwashed, without obvious wear or damage caused by the customer.
   Point: The goods should be in their original condition and include their original packaging.
   Point: For returns not due to quality issues, the goods must not affect resale.

Return requests that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

Please contact us via email before returning the item, stating the reason for the return and providing relevant order information.

After confirming that the return meets the requirements, we will provide further return instructions.

5. Refund Processing Time

For returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the user. For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover all related costs.
